1992-1995 Master of Chemistry, Kansas State University.

1995-1999 Ph.D. in Chemistry， University of Kansas. His academic paper was once cited by a Nobel Laureate.

1999-2002 Worked with Professor Ronald Borchardt, a postdoctoral supervisor (NIH research fellow) of the School of Pharmacy of University of Kansas and president of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), focusing on the use of CaCO-2 cells as an in vitro model for drug evaluation.

2002-2005 Worked as a scientific research supervisor and marketing director in the medicinal chemical technology sector in the United States; led the new drug discovery cooperation with world-class pharmaceutical companies Eli Lilly, Glaxo-SmithKline and Novartis, and won the Best Partner Award from Eli Lilly.

2005-2010 Founded a new drug fragment molecular company, which helped famous pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott in the identification of candidate compounds for clinical trials.

• Obtained more than 10 invention patents, published several important academic papers, and presided over the national major new drug projects.

• With nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he has independently completed research and development, IND application and transfer of dozens of state-level new drugs.
